M&S has been located at 61 Mostyn Street for more than 80 years. In 2018, the retailer closed its satellite store, also located in Mostyn Street, where it sold menswear and children’s wear. These departments were moved into the main outlet.  It is understood M&S had to secure a change in the planning covenant at the Parc Llandudno unit so it could sell the amount of food it wanted.
